• 1 slice of swordfish (4/5 cm tall)
• 2 lemons
• Hot chili pepper
• 1 glass of Evo oil
Line a baking sheet a little bigger than the fish slice with aluminum foil so that it can then be wrapped, brush them with evo oil on the bottom, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and one of pepper, the juice of half a lemon, a small piece of garlic and a sprig of parsley. On this seasoning put the slice of fish and season it in the same way on the surface and along the circumference.
Close the aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 320 °F for 40 minutes, putting in the oven a saucepan with water so that evaporating it prevents that the fish could dry too much. After cooked, open the wrap carefully to avoid being scalded by the steam, transfer the fish on the serving dish, decorate it with curls of lemon zest.
