Our Mediterranean seafood selections represent the best quality that can be personally offered to the most illustrious Italian Chefs working in famous locations such as Cipriani, Gritti and Danieli in Venice, Quisisana in Capri and Villa Cimbrone in Ravello.
Filippi & Sea came to creation thanks to a long friendship between two connoisseurs of traditional Italian food, Mr. Filippi and Mr. Sea, who from opposite ends of an ocean have constantly shared their pure passion for Italy, its delicious seafood and amazing seas.
The selection of qualified and certified suppliers is the first step towards excellence. All our suppliers place the quality of their products and passion for their work before anything else. These are companies that have been operating in the Italian markets for generations, promoting the true essence of our traditions with tenacity and passion.
The distribution chain is a crucial point to providing above standard quality: the shorter it is the higher the quality. Seafood, our main product, comes directly from our fishing boat fleet operating in the Mediterranean sea. All the seafood is frozen on board within a few hours after the catches are hauled in with modern technology and then directly delivered to our logistic platforms.
Our first thought is always to our customers. We know the value of nurturing a business relationship. That's why we put our maximum efforts in the organization of a completely controlled procedure of customer satisfaction. All orders are managed and followed up step by step in our back office, and delivered directly to our customers’ doors by our own refrigerated vehicles.

His passion for food and Italy is expressed in every minute of his life, dedicating to spreading the passion and taste for true Mediterranean cuisine. He is a true expert in marketing and distribution of Italian food.

After 30 years of personal experience in the Italian food world, and with an extended knowledge of the Italian culinary traditions, Vittorio decided to export his knowledge and passion for Italian family food. His particular role is that of an expert selector of Italian food excellence from small, unknown but very high-quality producers.
